The petitions process is one of the main ways the public can engage with and influence the work of the Senedd.
Use of the Senedd’s petitions system has grown steadily since it was introduced in 2007. In 2022, 83 new petitions were considered by the Senedd’s Petitions Committee.
Each petition with more than 250 signatures is considered by the Senedd’s Petitions Committee.
